2: June 9 Cardinal Conference Room, National Life Emily Eley, Anti-capitalist business coaching for folks historically left out of the business conversation. Advice on regenerative and sustainable business practices that prioritize people over profit.  Intro session:

  1. What’s your biggest struggle when it comes to starting your career post-college?

  2. What’s the biggest thing that’s stopped you from taking action toward your dreams so far?

  3. What do you want most right now? (interpret that however you wish)

Develop survey for employers to use to evaluate interns. How can feedback from your employer be most valuable?

5: June 30 Cardinal Conference Room, National Life Emily Eley, second visit.  Follow up on strategies for workplace challenges, how to self-advocate, and how to give your employer feedback.

6: July 7 Calvin Coolidge Conference Room, National Life Kevin Chu, Executive Director of the Vermont Futures Project.  It’s Not What You’d Expect: We always hear that Vermont’s population is aging and homogenous, which can make us feel hesitant about career opportunities.  The data supports an evolving Vermont, with career trends that will surprise you.
